What we collect

When you contact us. Our enquiry and contact forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to write in the message box. If you tick the texting box, we also record that you agreed and the date you agreed.

When you enroll. If your family joins the school we collect what a school needs to run: your child's name, date of birth, grade, your contact details, emergency contacts, and records of your child's work and progress.

When you visit the site. Our website host records ordinary technical information such as pages visited and rough location, in the same way every website does. We do not use advertising trackers.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to decide and manage enrollment, to run the school day, and to keep you informed about your own child. That is all.

What we never do

We never sell your information, and we never share it with advertisers or lead generators.

Mobile phone numbers and texting consent collected by Aim Academy are used only by Aim Academy to communicate with you. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or lead generators for any purpose, including marketing.

Text messages

We only text families who have asked us to — by ticking the box on one of our forms, by agreeing in the family portal, or by telling a member of staff. We use texts to reply to enquiries and, for enrolled families, for school matters such as tuition reminders, schedule changes, and school notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Full details are on our texting terms page.

Who else touches it

We use ordinary business services to run the school, and they only ever see what they need to do their job: our website host, our email and text-messaging providers, our enrollment and records system, and our payment processor. None of them are allowed to use your information for their own purposes.

We share information with anyone else only when the law requires it, or when there is an immediate risk to a child's safety.

Children

Our website is for parents, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. Information about enrolled students is held as part of running the school and is shared only with that child's own family and the staff who teach them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to enrollment are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Student records are kept as long as a school is expected to keep them, so that we can provide transcripts and references later.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about your family, correct anything wrong, or delete what we are not required to keep. Reply STOP to any text and the texting stops. Unsubscribe links are on every bulk email.
