Text Messaging Terms
How and why Aim Academy sends text messages, how you agree, and how to stop.
Last updated September 2026
What this is
Aim Academy sends text messages to two kinds of people: families who have contacted us about enrolling and have agreed to be texted, and parents of enrolled students who have agreed to be texted. For enquiring families we use it to reply — to ask for your child's name and grade, to answer your questions, and to arrange a visit. For enrolled families we use it for school matters: tuition and billing reminders, schedule changes, and school notices.
How you agree
You agree by ticking the texting box on one of our website forms, by agreeing in the family portal, or by telling a member of our staff directly. You never have to agree. If you don't, we'll reach you by email instead, and nothing about your child's enquiry or enrollment changes.
How often
Message frequency varies. In practice this is a small number of messages about your own family, sent by a member of staff, not an automatic system.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Aim Academy does not charge you anything.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. You can also just tell us. To start again, reply START.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, email lance.stewart@aimacademy.education, or call 801-390-3803.
Your number
Your mobile number and your agreement to be texted are used only by Aim Academy to communicate with you. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or lead generators for any purpose, including marketing. See our privacy policy.
One thing outside our control
Mobile networks are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
